  7. What is Wocar ?

  10. WOCAR is an Optical Character Recognition Application (OCR). It converts
  11. scanned documents to text documents. The software can process documents written 
  12. in english or in french.
  13.  
  14. WOCAR can work with any scanner that supports the TWAIN interface. I can also
  15. process any bilevel TIFF image file.
  16.  
  17. This application works on Windows 95 and Windows NT.

  22. You just have to execute setup.exe.
